Beet is the restaurant part of this chain, with Seed the café which sits downstairs (with separate entrances though you can access both from either front door). The menu is varied with Schnitzels, wraps, burgers, soups and bowls. Staff kind and multilingual. Prices reasonable for Luxembourg - and particularly for a city centre restaurant

Plant-based and proud in the heart of Luxembourg City, we topped off our visit to the charming historical center with a stop at Beet for their delicious vegan apple tart and vegan carrot cake. Our server took extra care so that we had time to fully enjoy our desserts and still catch our train.

I want to love Beet, but I have been here twice and I don’t so far. The peanut curry was too salty (for restaurant food standards) and lacked something. It is a bit disappointing to have a fully vegan restaurant with main meals that are just veggies and rice, with no substantial foods with a bit more protein. Broccoli was very overcooked, which is perhaps a matter of preference. Previously I had the falafel plate, which I also felt was kind of okay, but not something I would order again. Partner had a large corn soup that cost around 17 euros as a starter and we were wondering “is this really a large soup”

We ate the peanut curry (good) and falafel bowl (super good), and the tiramisu (delicious). The service was great and the drinks were good too. The place next door was plating really good music too. It was a vibe.
