Fast food made vegan & healthy! There are many tasty salads, wraps, and burgers to choose from. I loved the Crispy Chicky Salad. The Chicky Caesar Wrap is excellent as well. All dishes are well-seasoned and flavorful.

First time eating here (or this chain for that matter) and probably our last. We just wanted something quick and light, so we got a tomato soup, Mac and cheese, and some sweet potato fries. The soup was cold; the fries were also cold and burned; the Mac and cheese was dry and bland. Staff was friendly and the location is convenient when you're in Midtown. That's about it.

The food was very delicious and the staff was super friendly. I got the Buffalo cauliflower wrap and it was super tasty, the maple roasted carrots were immaculate. Great environment and great food, I would definitely recommend!

Dec 2022 - changed names and significant menu change. Food is not the quality it was. No pancakes. Mac n cheese is meh at best. No cake just cookies and slices and are far too sweet with no flavour. Very sad. Don't even ask about service...we were over charged $126! (We think it was refunded...)

I truly don’t know how their fries can even be classified as food. I am baffled. Tiny pieces of rock hard sticks that nearly chipped my tooth. Burgers are average. Their truffle flatbread was good but so pricey for a small square of food.

The burger was ok, the fries were laughably bad. We ate in and they were only lukewarm and had the look and texture of a forgotten fry that shrivels up on your car floor. I have a pretty low standard of what potato products I’ll consume but these were inedible. Shiitake bacon on Mac and cheese was nice but the Mac and cheese itself was bland and watery. Staff was lovely but no way would I come back here. Waste of money, we were still hungry when we left!

By Chloe was my go to lunch spot near work and I had a bad feeling when I read the terrible news that chef Chloe was no longer part of the business. First, I was not a fan of the new name (the first tasteless thing). But it was when Beatnic started to remove my favorite items from the menu I became truly disappointed (ie., the peanut crunch salad, the artichoke dip). To make it worse, they replaced it with items like a Falafel salad. Any NY’er knows some of the best falafel and Mediterranean food is everywhere in the city. Why offer one of the only vegan options we can get anywhere in non-vegan places? Second thing, the food quality was becoming more inconsistent. Ordering an item was a game of chance. Is it going to be good or bad today. I still order from them from time to time, but I definitely do not as much anymore. I suggest they step up their game as the vegan market is getting very competitive. If not, I will probably end up never eating from Beatnic again.

Didn’t realize this was in the ByChloe space until we got there. The space is large and pleasant with a lot of seating. You order on the tablet and pick up from the shelves on the wall. Buffalo cauliflower bites and kale caesar salad were good. The cookies n dream bar was excellent. Very rich. The person working the counter looked miserable and barely spoke to any of the customers when they were standing near the counter, clearly unsure of the ordering process.

I stupidly thought this was a new chain when visiting NYC, when actually it's ByChloe under a new brand! Not to mind though, the burgers are still great and the mac n cheeze is one of my favourites, especially with the mushroom bacon.
