Cheap and tasty - Edit
So cheap with yummy mock meats. Owner is very friendly and makes banh mis quickly. Pulls out chairs to sit if wanting to eat there, otherwise take away. Really enjoyed it.

Delicious and inexpensive banh mi - Edit
Stall at the head of an alley run by a very friendly woman. Vegan banh mi for 15k each, made with mock meats (and usually vegan mayo, though she seemed to have run out when I went). Very tasty sandwiches. Nice option for breakfast.

Delicious, cheap, owner is super sweet! - Edit
The banh mis were the best we’ve had in Vietnam, super cheap, and the lady running the standing was super friendly and sweet. Favorite place to eat in Dalat!

Bread may contain dairy - Edit
I asked whether the bread was made with milk (because of my dairy allergy) and initially the lady said yes. We were translating via google translate so we may have had some miscommunication. After a few translations, she then said there was no milk/butter in the bread. However, she pulled out a creamer and pointed to the food. The creamer lists milk powder and whey powder as ingredients.
Read moreThe lady is very happy to talk, however, and to answer any queries.
Edit. I found the creamer, in a supermarket, that the lady showed me at the stall. Pics attached.
Pros: Many mock meats
Cons: Not entirely dairy free

Bon Banh mi - Edit
Un petit stand de banh mi tenu par une femme sympatique qui parle un peu l'anglais. C'est pratique pour les randonnées mais le banh mi est juste OK.

Cheap and tasty - Edit
Lovely lady serving banh mi early in the morning till mid afternoon. Knows a little English. 15k for a veggie banh mi and it was good! This was my second favourite vegan banh mi so far (I’ve tried a lot, my fave was in Hoi an). If you’re close it’s worth a try and good takeaway food.
