HUGE selection of vegan pastries - Edit
Endless options for vegans here. I got there just after noon on Sunday and they still had all of their vegan pastries available. Sadly I was just visiting so wasn’t able to try more hut the Almond Croissant was perfect to have with their latte with oat milk and in house syrup.

Do you know what a vegan pastry wasteland the Westside of LA (and, you know, the earth) is, especially Culver City?
Read moreIf you have a sense of it, then you know this is a crazy amazing thing, this delicious pastry shop with more vegan options than I've seen in a looong time in LA.
"Vegan breakfast sandwich". . . this was an impossibility in Culver City until now and it's tasty and not expensive here. Vegan almond and chocolate croissants; they got 'em. Vegan oreo cake slices; they got 'em. Please never close. Please never close.
PS: Also 5 min walk to/from Hello Sunshine Kitchen . . . amazing!
Pros: Vegan selection, Nice space, seating, ambience
Cons: Closes at 3. Should be 24/7.

Best vegan cafe that also has non-vegan items - Edit
Baked bar gets the ratio just right, showing that they CARE deeply about plant-based products, while serving traditional finest quality pastries as well. Everyone is thrilled that this place exists!

If you’re looking for vegan or gluten-free-vegan options, Baked Bar is it. I’ve been craving flaky vegan croissants for years, and I’ve finally found them here! Plain, chocolate or almond, they’re all delicious. The sage apricot “pop tart” is also so yummy. And get an oat or almond milk latte with your pastry—simply delicious!
