Disappointing - Edit
I had high hopes for this place based on the other reviews here but I was ultimately disappointed. The seat I chose along the window had a lot of ants so much so that I didn't feel comfortable leaving my bag there. I ordered pineapple saki that was never delivered. The menu does not have vegan labels so after a conversation with the waitress I ordered two rolls, one spicy and one crunchy. They brought one plain and one crunchy. The filling was exactly the same vegetables. I've never had a seaweed salad quite like that before. The waitress came by right as I'd put the last sushi bite in my mouth and cleared my plate while I was still chewing. You'd think they were super busy and wanted to flip the seat but I was one of only three tables in the place. Then with the receipt, they brought a caramel chew that wasn't vegan even though I'd said that was. The sushi itself tasted fresh but it was ultimately non-descript. Arigato, great vegan sushi - Edit
We stopped in here on our last night in Jaco. The sushi was fresh, tasty and just what we wanted. We tried all 3 vegan options and loved them all. Service was great, with the chef, who speaks English, taking our order and doing all the prep. The waitress' English was not as strong as the chef, but waiting on us and taking our payment, was not a problem. Had we stopped in earlier in our stay, we would have returned multiple times. Very reasonable and worth a try.

So delicious!! - Edit
Me and my partner had the crunchy vegi sushi the vegetable teishoku and vegetable donburi and it was all so delicious! Service was very good! Restaurant understands concept of veganism.
