Not impressed by the food. I was looking forward to the waffles and was a little let down to find out that they were out. Got the bagel instead and thought it was pretty plain and it did not fill me up. The cashier came across as a little rude when I asked questions. Would only come here if I was in a pinch.

Jet fuel opens at 6am which is great for those who like to get up and going early. We loved all of the cafe drinks and appreciated that they had multiple dairy-free options. We tried two of the combos from the dedicated vegan menu and loved them both. This cafe was a fav during our vaca in Jaco. We went back every morning. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff and local cuisine.
