Best Chocolates!

This place was amazing! When my sister and I went we were greeted by guy that makes the chocolates. He treated us really well and gave us a lot of samples from the chocolate bars and truffles. He explained how they made there chocolates and the different cacao beans they use. It is the best chocolate we had ever tasted. We left with 38 pieces of chocolate, 3 bars, and 2 spreads. I will say that this is the best chocolate store in Paris!

Pros: Speak in English, A lot of options to choose from

Cons: A little in the expensive side

Superb chocolates and passionate vegan owners

I visited Ara recently after it was recommended to me by two friends who raved about it. I had the pleasure of meeting Andres, who is one half of the team behind Ara. He and his wife are proper chocolatiers and they craft their chocolates from bean to bar (and they have bars, pralines, chocolate spread and more). It's all handmade with passion and serious craft. And the results are spectacular. One of the finest chocolates I've ever tasted. And they're both vegan. A must visit when in Paris

Pros: Vegan , Delicious, Bean to bar craft

Cons: None
