Huge restaurant - Edit
Potato flautas can be made fully vegan with vegan cheese and sour cream. The mushroom taco is also vegan delicious.

We came on a Wednesday. There’s way more vegan choices on Meatless Monday. We had the elote corn. Never had it before and it was really good. Next had the mushroom taco. It was good not great. The refried beans were good.
Read moreOn Wednesday its hit or miss to get rice that’s vegan. Definitely want to get back here on Monday. 
A couple things I did not care for was they bring out food on a board and give you saucers aka very small plates to eat of of. Next time I will request different.
