Over the years this place attempt to be all-veg then not and then yes again per latest report 2015. Small setting with several tables so better to make a reservation; gets crowded. Offers an array of vegan dishes. Menu changes daily. Open Tue-Sun 12:00-15:00, 19:30-22:00.

Small vegan-friendly spot - Edit
I was glad to see that the vegan options were clearly marked on the menu and the staff were knowledgeable enough about it. But the food is VERY simple (with small portions) for what you pay. Otherwise it's a cute place, nice ambiance, good wine, and in a lively neighbourhood.

Overall our favourite meal in Florence - Edit
Charming little restaurant in a nice quiet area, we went for an early dinner and it was quite busy. By the time we left it was full. Food was really good, as was the wine. Staff were friendly and super helpful. We had Cecina Coi Cipolloini to start, Chickpea pancake with spring onions and it was amazing. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. Could have eaten a whole one.
Read morePasta with sauce was simple and cooked perfectly.
Dessert was light and delicious I had BIANCOMANGIARE AL LATTE DI MANDORLA CON SALSA DI PESCHE. SCIROPPATE Vegan panacotta made with almond milk and topped with peach sauce, and my partner BIANCOMANGIARE AL LATTE DI MANDORLA CON CIOCCOLATO which was topped with chocolate sauce.

Vegetarian with several vegan options - Edit
Went there for lunch. The place is rather small so reservations are advisable. One vegan option per course available.

Best Vegan Food In Firenze! - Edit
We loved this place so much! Strongly recommend making reservations, since it is small and fills up very quickly. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us find the perfect vegan meals (perfect flavors and portions) and wine. Wonderful atmosphere. Can not recommend this place enough!

Homemade vegetarian food - Edit
Really nice cous cous, pizza and cake, many vegan options. Not sure if the cheese was vegetarian so I didn't try it. I appreciate being able to choose between dishes more elaborated than pizza and burger and this place has several.

Unfortunately not as good as expected - Edit
I’m really sad because I had high hopes for this restaurant reading the reviews. The place is cute, has a good atmosphere and the staff is nice. Unfortunately I’ve had better vegetarian dishes in non-vegetarian restaurants in Tuscany. The seasonal salad was more than basic and the polpettone and the soup weren’t very tasty. The cecina with cheese raised the bar, but the menu was globally very cheese-heavy. I hope their changing menu makes it better at some other time. #Veganuary

Incredible food in the heart of Florence - Edit
Incredible food! Our waiter was lovely and every dish - from the olive pasta to the cecina (chickpea flatbread, SO GOOD) to the focaccia was fantastic. The peach meringue dessert was a showstopper

Very friendly owner who explained the traditional dishes to us. The menu reflected food from his home city of Genoa. Fresh ingredients. Delicious food. Mostly vegetarian options.

Went back a couple times. Super food and a delightful experience. Amazing persimmon and chestnut dessert that was one of the most sublime thing I’ve had in a while. Seasonal though. Late fall Early winter.

Lovely food but grumpy owner - Edit
We were there as a group and the food was lovely but the owner was incredibly grumpy and rude. They seated us (a 20 person group) inside and then complained about the noise. The rest of the staff was nice and the food was really good so as long as you’re not a big group would still recommend!

Delicious food - Edit
We had cecina and spicy rice with vegetables here and it was delicious! The menu changes every day, about half of the menu is vegan and properly labeled as such (starters, main dishes and desserts), all food is organic.

All veggie but not great - Edit
Cute enough place to sit outside and it was all vegetarian with vegan options. I didn't see any wine marked vegan though. The menu looked interesting (I guess it changes frequently) but unfortunately the food we chose was not very tasty. Tried hummus as a starter which was okay but the mains were flavourless.

The best meal I’ve ever had - not exaggerating! - Edit
I ordered my pasta dish twice - it was that amazing! I recommend this restaurant to every person I know traveling to Italy. The food was so fresh and perfectly cooked. The service was lovely. The location and ambiance were cute, romantic, local, and authentic. I will be going back to Florence someday just to eat here again! ♥️

Vegan options in the Santo Spirito neighborhood - Edit
First of all, I don't think the restaurant is vegetarian because when I went (5/09) they served 'stoccafisso' (which is fish, namely 'cod'), I'm pretty sure because one of the friend I was with took it. That was the only non-vegetarian dish they had, but still... I think the profile should be updated. Anyway, there were plenty of vegan options I could choose from and we choose 'hummus' to share, which was ok but not outstanding, and I took the 'caponata', a sweet and sour Sicilian dish of fried vegetables. The dish was very good. The restaurant is located in a little square and the decor is tasteful and cosy.

We found the restaurant hard to locate at first as it’s a little off the beaten track but once we did we felt right at home, an amazing little place with brilliant staff who were very accommodating and helpful we explained we were vegan and he was great and helping us with the menu, pasta there is delicious.

Non-vegan but professional & warm - Edit
The restaurant is back to being a non-vegan restaurant (I read that it had switched to vegan at some point.. maybe this information was wrong), but with lots of vegan options. I was somewhat disappointed because I wanted to have pasta and there were no vegan pastas, but the food I ended up getting was very good. Staff was professional and kind, and went out of their way to give advice about what to do in the area.
