Raw vegan gelateria and patisserie. Has over 10 different flavors of ice cream and sorbet made with Italian almonds. Also a large range of raw, gluten-free, vegan pastries. Next door to the shop you can see in to “the laboratory” where the pastries are being baked. Teas and coffees also served. A second retail opening from Vito Cortese just a few hundred yards south of Ponte Vecchio. Open Mon-Fri 08:30-19:00, Sat 09:00-19:00, Sun 09:30-19:00.

Here you can buy some chocolates, patisserie or some drink that you can enjoy there. You must pay before going and seating upstairs. If you are familiar with grezzo, this is almost the same.

Incredible Patisserie and Gelateria - Edit
I’ve tried a few of their raw vegan deserts that also happen to be Gluten Free!! and they are incredible- each one- a masterpiece! Highly recommend this place for their deserts. Still need to try their croissants!!! Don’t miss it.

we tried the passion fruit, fig and the blueberry and ginger gelato. the fig was our favourite. a classy and elegant place to sit in, with a large range of other goodies as well as the gelato at the front. we also had a chocolate filled and lemon filled croissant to take away which was tasty. the prices are surprisingly reasonable also. definitely recommend visiting this spot if you’re hankering after something refreshing or sweet. (plus they have a good range of coffees too.)

We were so excited to find vegan croissants (cornettos)! We looked in lots of places in Rome and Florence and this was the first place we found.

After Boboli Gardens we came here for gelato. We had medium size half & half salted caramel and dark chocolate and one cappuccino and dark chocolate. Both were very good Altho my husband said caramel could have used more salt. The pastries look wonderful but we did not indulge.

We ate a cookie, a "cake" with pistacchio and salted caramel and tiramisu. Our favorite was the "cake". In addition, both of us drank a cappuccino with homemade almond milk. This was the very first coffee with almond milk which I really liked!!! It was delicious.
