Vegan bean and cheese burritos - Edit
They carry vegan bean and cheese burritos which are a good quick food option which they will heat up for you.

There are two locations in San Mateo, one in downtown and one inside the downtown library. Nice that it’s a community owned place.

Eat here for convenience not cuisine - Edit
Great little cafe on level 3 of the San Mateo Public library. Foodies shouldn't come here expecting too much. It is about cheap, convenient vegan options. I had the falafel, hummus and potato wrap which was warmed up and toasted. It was nice but you wouldn't go out of your way to eat here. I study a lot in the library and so appreciate having some vegan options. They also have vegan cookies and veggie samoas. Happy to eat here again if I need some food to keep me going. If I want a nice meal I would go elsewhere - it is what it is - a small cafe in a library.
