Near Metro stop Insurgentes and 5 minutes walk from Zona Rosa, a large green sign above the door reads "Vegetariano." Offers a la carte or all-you-can-eat buffet on the second floor, daily 1-5pm. A la carte menu includes fresh juices, breakfast, lunch, dinner meals, veggie burgers, sandwiches, salads, and Mexican food; has English menu. Nice space with plenty of seating. Open Mon-Sun 9:00am-5:00pm.

I ate here several times during my stay in Mexico city. First time was for breakfast. I had the Enchiladas roja. Delicious. Second trip was the club sandwich. It was served with a side of marinated Chipotle peppers! Words can't describe how this really brought out the best flavors in all of the ingredients! #Veganuary

Pedimos los molletes y las enfrijoladas para desayunar. El paquete de desayuno incluye jugo y café. Los jugos son frescos y riquísimos aunque el café no es espectacular. La comida fue muy buena y los meseros fueron amables con nuestra niña. Los pan dulce no son veganos pero tienen unas galletas de avena y unas de nueces que nos encantaron

The food was flavourful, I had a fruit salad which was varied (pineapple, papaya, melon, watermelon) and the yug sandwich which was very tasty - the veggies were well done and portion size was good. Free refills of coffee and attentive service. Prices were very good and overall was very pleased with the experience!

It's been here since 1963, so I'll cut it some slack. I was last at this place 7 years ago when there were wayyyy fewer vegan places in the city. Some same staff still there, and they are friendly and attentive. Menu is mostly vegetarian, as are bakery items; vegan items are clearly indicated though. How is the food? There is tastier and prettier vegan food within a 10 min radius - but this Yug is still a dependable place.
