Amazing food - quiet place to slow down

This is a place to slow down. They have collaborations with guest chefs.

I visited on a Tuesday when Chef Tina Barrat does her pop up events. $198 for an incredible vegan gourmet set (see photos to get an idea of the kind of cuisine I am talking about)! For the set I tried, the faux gras paté was divine, as was the eggplant caviar and vegan meatloaf. Delicate flavours and food that is extremely tough to recreate at home. Her “Tinamisu” dessert is both beautiful and delicious. They offer cooked and raw options. Usually I am less of a fan of fully raw meals but they were both equally delicious - she had created raw vegan gnocchi in a truffle cream sauce - just wow.

So the downside is that they want guests to be fairly quiet. That’s fine for solo diners and makes sense when they are running a meditation session at the same time but otherwise it seems unnecessary. I visited with my husband and parents and we were talking at a reasonable volume but they pointed to the sign to remind us to keep low voices. That’s why I dock them one star.

Bear in mind this is an industrial area but with growing number of vegan restaurants. You can visit the computer centre if in need of electronics nearby.

Great collaboration with chef Barrat

When I heard that this restaurant offers a special vegan dinner combo at just 198 HKd every Tuesday and Wednesday in collaboration with Chef Tina I really wanted to try and I need to say I was very delighted. I tried 2 events: African combo and also The Lebanese combo. Both amazing! Highly recommended

Please note that if you are nuts allergic though you need to be careful as of course most dishes are nuts made!
Ps try the cheese it is really delicious

A zen oasis

Food was very good across the board. Very zen vibes—minimalist decor, tatami seating, no loud talking, etc. They do have some tables and chairs as well if you prefer. Menu changes regularly.

Pros: great food

Cons: floor seating may not be for everyone

Favourite place for it's mindfulness setting and healthy centric menu

Cozy place. Quiet and relaxing. Sometimes have activities for mindfulness. Food is great. Usually need to ask for extra portion. Dessert is great too. Keep it up.

Pros: Healthy food, Use local produce , Cozy environment

Cons: Portion a bit small, Seat is limited , No food after certain time or on certain dates

Vegan food with Zen

A peaceful vegan oasis in Sham Shui Po.

You can walk directly up to the counter and place your order, then slip off your shoes and sit down on the raised floor area.

Part of the YEARS group of vegan outlets, so the portion size and standard is very good.

Pros: Vegan menu in English at the counter, Pleasant atmosphere, Friendly staff
