Well-decorated, friendly staff, nice desserts - Edit
I recently checked out Joy's Cafe, a vegetarian restaurant in Prince Edward, about a 5-minute walk from the MTR (Exit A).

When we walked in, they gave us a Chinese menu. But they have an English one too. You just have to ask. One of the staff, Shaan, spoke perfect English and helped us with the order.
We got a couple of set meals (main + dessert), but the portions were a little small, so we ended up ordering another main to share. I loved the creamy portobello and mushroom cashew alfredo. The other mains were okay, but had a ton of salad. One was a Pakistani curry with vegetarian mutton and Tibetan flatbread, and the other was a japonica rice roll with fried soybean roll in BBQ sauce. The actual curry and rice/soybean rolls were pretty tiny, though.
The highlight was desserts! Their lemon tart was amazing – raw, vegan, and still bursting with flavor. The coffee tofu cake was alright, but I think it would have been way better with some chocolate (like a tiramisu) or just a bit more sugar.
We came for late lunch and I think that’s why a lot of desserts were sold out. You might want to consider coming earlier.
The bill was around 350 HKD for the three of us. Honestly, I'd go back for the desserts and maybe some drinks, but I might skip the main courses next time. Worth a visit for the atmosphere and those amazing tarts, though!
Pros: Convenient location, Yummy desserts, Friendly staff
Cons: Small portions

Great food - Edit
Everything we ordered was tasty. Having craved tiramisu for years that was especially a godsend. Also interesting take on a hamburger patty—great texture.
