激ウマヴィーガン味噌煮込みうどんが食べられる山本屋大久手店。
Read more数種類の味噌をブレンドして、こだわりの野菜だしで作られている味噌煮込みうどんです。
もちろん化学調味料は不使用です。
濃厚な味噌の中に、野菜の甘みが感じられます。ついでに味噌おでん、高野豆腐の天むす、天ぷら、茄子の肉味噌もいただきました。
これまた美味い！！！
五葷抜き対応もしてくれる嬉しいお店です。
ヴィーガンメニューも日増しに増えてますます選択肢が増えてます。
お店のスタッフの方々の対応もとても良くて最高です！

Great restaurant with an owner that really cares - Edit
It is awesome to see that the owner created a vegan menu. The udon is unreal. We also got the onigiri and eggplant. This is one of our new favorite restaurants for traditional Japanese food.

This is the best authentic vegan Japanese food in Nagoya, hands down. The miso udon noodle soup, tempura onigiri, and eggplant/veggies with soy meat in miso sauce were AMAZING.

Awesome Miso Udon - Edit
I’ve not eaten authentic Udon for a long time since most of Udo are used fish broth.

Yamamotoya Okute is the best shop for Vegan.
Read moreThis is the only restaurant in Nagoya that serves vegan “Nagoya Meshi”.
Miso stewed udon is particularly delicious, so it is highly recommended.
And they can arrange 素 for Taiwanese vegan.
