Amazing vegan options, very clearly marked and an English and German menu. Following the advice on here from other reviewers, I also went for the Cheese and Chorizo spatzle and it was delicious. On the advice of the lady who served us (who was awesome) we also shared a side salad with pumpkin seeds oil between us. The best meal I had in Vienna.

There are 8 vegan spatzle dishes and 3 desserts that can be made vegan. Ordered the chorizo and cheese spatzle based on the recommendation from the waitress and it was delicious. Will definitely return

Repeating what other reviews have said- many vegan options, super friendly staff, overall a solid option. I had the chorizo and cheese spätzle and a mixed salad with kürbiskernöl (of course)- both were delicious. My non-vegan friend also really enjoyed her spätzle and the salad. The outside seating was cute and our waitress was just lovely. I don’t have a bad thing to say about it.

Vegane Käse Chorizo Spätzle (14,30€) - Edit
Violife & Simply V, Wheaty Chorizo und hausgemachte Spätzle - was will man mehr. Erst seit kurzem haben sie auch nachmittags offen, wo es dann nur Flammkuchen/Toast etc gibt, ich war aber der einzige Gast und es waren Köche anwesend, deshalb wurde mir dann auf Wunsch diese Köstlichkeit gezaubert. Die Chefin ist super lieb und echt "menschlisch" - sehr sympathisch

Tasty spätzle - Edit
The restaurant offers a variety of different spätzle dishes, also vegetarian and vegan. And they are selfmade and organic! I took the spätzle with mushrooms and really liked them.

Inhaberin (Service) sehr freundlich und bemüht. Einige vegane Gerichte zur Auswahl (8 Hauptgerichte, alle 3 Desserts). Es gibt einen Billardtisch im Nebenraum. Terrasse zum draußen sitzen. Liebe zum Detail bei der Deko, drinnen überall Kerzen. Das Essen ist OK aber nichts besonderes. Ich war schon 2 Mal dort.

Read moreNatürlich finde ich es ein wenig betrüblich, dass 8 unterschiedliche vegane Spätzlespezialitäten, darunter mit veganem Bio-Käse und veganer Bio-Chorizo, mit frischen Pilzen oder hausgemachtem Bärlauchpesto, als "nichts besonderes" titulierst, zumal es in ganz Wien kein vergleichbares Angebot gibt und üblicherweise meine geschätzten veganen Gäste durchwegs begeistert sind. Aber das ist natürlich eine Geschmacksfrage und eine persönliche Befindlichkeit. ;-)
Alsbald (Juni) haben wir jedenfalls auch eine Zusatzkarte mit zusätzlichen veganen Speisen. Vielleicht kommst du ja mal wieder, uns kostest selbige? Das wäre schön!

A non-vegan restaurant with several vegan options available and labeled on the menu. What caught our attention at this restaurant was the possibility of eating the “Spätzle” dish, a type of pasta very typical of Austria, as well as Germany. We chose the options “Vegane Käse-Chorizo-Spätzle” and “Vegane Räuchertofu Spätzle”. Very tasty dishes. We really enjoyed them. And the house's strong point was the service, which was spectacular. The attendant was super friendly. And she spoke good English. The experience was worth it.

O que chamou a atenção nossa nesse restaurante foi a possibilidade de comer o prato “Spätzle“, uma espécie de massa bastante típica da Áustria, assim como Alemanha. Escolhemos então as opções “Vegane Käse-Chorizo-Spätzle“ e “Vegane Räuchertofu Spätzle“. Pratos muito saborosos. Realmente gostamos muito. E o ponto forte da casa foi o atendimento, espetacular. Atendente super amigável e simpática. E falava bem inglês. Valeu a experiência.

Good spätzle and amazing service - Edit
This restaurant has a great variety of vegan spätzle. I had the chorizo cheese spätzle and they were very good. Portion could have been a little bigger. I think they could experiment with more savoury vegan cheeses (no muh rezent, simply v würzig..), I found the cheese to be very mild. But thats just my opinion :)

Read moreActually we are already using 2 different cheeses, one of them ist Simply V. You know, the problem is actually the texture and consistency, as it's important that the cheese substitute doesn't clump in the hot pan, but remains creamy and soft. That's why we mix Violife and Simply V to achieve the best results. But thank you for your feedback and input. We'll take it to heart!
