Hello and thank you ever so much for your kind words and appreciation. Actually we are already using 2 different cheeses, one of them ist Simply V. You know, the problem is actually the texture and consistency, as it's important that the cheese substitute doesn't clump in the hot pan, but remains creamy and soft. That's why we mix Violife and Simply V to achieve the best results. But thank you for your feedback and input. We'll take it to heart! Thank you once again and all the best to you, Pia
