Wen Cheng has a few restaurants around town, and it's no secret that they're popular and I think for good reason.
Read moreThey have two different seasonings for their noodles, each with a choice of 2 vegan and 2 non-vegan toppings.
Personally, I favor the biang-biang noodles with eggplant and vegan minced meat.

Quite spacious, friendly service and a few different vegan options. The reason for my three stars only review is that the vegan options are a little limited and I personally don’t buy into the hype of hand pulled noodles.
