Delicious hand-pulled noodles & with veg options! - Edit
So happy this famous Berlin chain opened in Frankfurt! Half of the menu is vegan and I really appreciate that there are two different vegan protein options as well. Last time in Berlin, I got the tofu and mushroom dish, but this time I went for the aubergine and vegan minced meat and I thought it was even better! The minced meat really soaks up the sauce so well and the aubergine is wonderfully cooked. Excited to come back often!
