Lots of options, great crust - Edit
Edit on previous review: returned here after a year and appreciated the pizza more! It's a thinner crust pizza compared to Neopolitan pizzas but the crust is really good and there are so many options, including many creative ones (like the döner style pizza). The cheese on the pizza is also pretty good and doesn't have a weird texture like other vegan cheeses. Portions are pretty big.

Schlaflos 2 is the meatless branch of a meat-serving Schlaflos Pizzeria.

Pizzas are acceptable but just. Vegan cheese is rather miserable in taste.
Vegetarian pizzas have cheese made with calf rennet. Hence NOT vegetarian.
They even found space to install a gambling machine, the first one I ever saw in a vegetarian place!
Salads on menu, but not available. Hot drinks unavailable also.
Self-service.
Accepts cash only.

Sehr leckere vegane Pizza - Edit
Tolle Auswahl an veganen Pizzen. Wir haben Schlaflos und Spicy Chicken probiert. Beide waren super lecker. Doe Pizzen sind absolut zu empfehlen. Ich gebe nur vier Sterne, da die Location nicht besonders ansprechend ist und das Personal nicht besonders zuvorkommend war.

Schlaflos hat meiner Meinung nach die beste Vegane Pizza in Frankfurt. Sehr cool, dass es jetzt eine zweite Filiale gibt für vegetarische und Vegane Pizzen. Nur schade, dass die Filiale nicht einfach komplett vegan ist, wenn sie doch offensichtlich hervorragende vegane Pizzen herstellen und eine große vegane Kundschaft haben.

The pizza is quite cheap and half of the options are vegan. I cannot give them 5 stars since both of the pizzas I tried were burnt and too salty. I guess I had a bad luck, but overall the place is recomendable

I had the Döner-Pizza with tofu-meat, topped with fresh mixed salad leaves, tomatoes and soy jogurt sauce. Usually it comes with vegan cheese as well, which I omitted cause I was sure in this case it absolutely wouldn’t be necessary, in worse case even ruin the pizza (many store-bought vegan cheeses suck imo).
And yeah, it was amazing without the cheese and just the toppings.
Perfect for your junky gravings, but at the same time super-fresh, kinda light and crisp with the raw toppings!
You also get garlic oil and herbs sprinkled on to your pizza right before serving. Delish!

Dieser komplett fleischlose Ableger des Schlaflos an der Höhenstraße ist ein Muss für alle Veganer: tolles Angebot an veganen Pizzen, das Lokal ist unprätentiös, bodenständig und sympathisch, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar und der vegane Käse wirklich gut. Im Moment scheint es den (auch sehr leckeren) Roggen-Dinkel-Teig als Alternative zum Weizenteig nicht (mehr?) zu geben, vielleicht kommt der ja aber wieder.

Heute die neue Filiale der Pizzeria Schlaflos ausprobiert. Die Vegane Karte ist sehr groß und vielfältig. Es gibt Pizzen und Salate. Unsere Pizzen waren alle mega lecker. Es ist Selbstbedienung aber die Pizzen bekommt man an den Platz gebracht wenn sie fertig sind. So wirklich gemütlich sitzt man nicht (ehemalige Kneipe) aber für ne Pizza und ein Getränk ist es schon ok. Zum Espresso gab es ne Manner Waffel dazu😄
