„Nur“ Flammkuchen vegan - Edit
Es gibt nen veganen Flammkuchen, der ist ganz lecker. Ich empfehle den großen zu nehmen, der kleine ist doch ziemlich klein.
Read moreAnsonsten lassen sich die Pizza-Waffeln veganisieren wenn man den Käse weglässt. Das ergibt für mich allerdings nicht so viel Sinn.
Die Waffeln sind leider nicht vegan.
Der Service war gut, wir haben schnell einen Tisch bekommen und wurden zügig bedient.

Wenn man viel Zeit hat... - Edit
Draußen gab es eine lange Warteschlange. Warum? Blieb uns ein Rätsel. Viele Tische waren frei. Wir bekamen irgendwann einen Tisch im Aussenbereich. Es dauerte eine geschlagene Stunde, bis der Tisch abgeräumt und wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben durften.
Read moreWeitere 30 Minuten später kam der vegane Flammkuchen. Kalt, aber zum Glück trotzdem lecker. Leider ist das Personal total überfordert und das Konzept nicht durchdacht. Ich hoffe es liegt an der "plötzlichen" Saison.

Good tarte flambée - Edit
The restaurant is located next to the tourist attraction "Schloss Burg" and the cable car. The speciality of the house are the sweet waffles (not vegan), but they offer additionally savoury pizza waffles (pizza dough in the shape of a waffle) and tarte flambée (in two sizes and also with wholemeal dough). I went for the vegan tarte flambée with mushrooms and spring onions, which is clearly labelled on the menu and was quite good. My partner had the pizza waffle without cheese, you can choose the toppings as you wish. Unfortunately, the dough was not quite done in the centre. As there are not many vegan options in the area you could give the tarte flambée a go.
