Great little shop with some vegan options available. Staff were friendly when helping me verify if things were vegan. I got a ”natural” flavor vegan yogurt (which turned out to be way too sweet) and a pistachio cookie (loved it).

Well-run branch of health-food store chain - Edit
There are a bunch of tiny health-food stores dotted throughout the center of Buenos Aires. This store is small, but bigger than most. They don't have a lot of fresh produce, but otherwise they do have a decent selection of items that you expect to find in such a venue. This branch in located on Florida, near to the Plaza de Mayo.
