Mixed bag - Edit
Really thankful for a fully vegan restaurant in Seattle but the food is hit or miss for me. Really liked the mozzarella sticks and pistachio milkshake, udon noodles bowl was good, but the chicken wrap and Sean's [censored] burrito-not so much.

Variety of excellent vegan food! - Edit
We greatly enjoyed our lunch at Vital Creations! The menu was extensive with a variety of entrees, apps, juices, and smoothies. They also had Frankie and Jo’s ice cream! Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. The mac and cheese was particularly good! The service was quick and friendly. Their outdoor seating was a nice option.

Awesome vegan food! - Edit
We thought there would be lots of awesome vegan food in Seattle - wrong! And if you’re a vegan, you know you have to go to a vegan restaurant to get awesome vegan food. Vital Creations is such a place, with a menu that keeps us headed back to try something new or savour an old fav. So far, it’s all delicious! We love the Spicy Oaxacan Bowl, BBQ Mac Daddy, Crunchy Cabbage Patch Bowl, Burrito Supreme, and my husband’s favorite, the Bakon Bleu Burger.

Food and service are both the best in Seattle.

Really delicious bowl - so flavorful! - Edit
Only got to go here once but it was fantastic! I had the Spicy Oaxacan Bowl and it was the perfect size with a ton of flavor and very nutritious. Everything was fresh and obvious care was taken in making it all. Was awesome and I would love to go back and try most everything else on the menu. Nice vibes inside too with a small back patio. Great spot and highly recommended!

All Day, Every Day - Edit
I’ve been wanting to write a review for this place for a long time. It’s one of our favourites, and we visit at least 1-2 times a month. The food NEVER disappoints - it’s hard to pick favourites since the entire menu is so well curated, flavour-packed and delicious! I would highly recommend this place for a casual meet up - the vibe is super relaxed and inviting - it has a chill zen vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly as well!

I got the veggie dog with kimchi topping, best dog ever. Also baja bowl, all the sauces come separate. But just dump them all in there. Everything vegan

Great experience! - Edit
My husband and I went in as an impromptu date night and we are so glad we did! We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and chili cheese dog with Cajun fries. Both dishes were amazing and really hit the spot. Service was exceptional as well. Thank you for the great experience. We will be back!

Family fave! - Edit
I’m the only vegan in my family of 4, but it doesn’t matter when we’ve eaten here because we all love the food! I was skeptical when I saw the menu offered Asian, Latino, and American food (pick one, I thought, and do it right). Boy was I wrong, they nailed it on every level. All 3 types of cuisine were great. The staff and owner are all super kind and helpful. We will go back, 100%!!!

Good, but not a destination - Edit
I came here once and got coffee and came back to try the food. It’s a fast casual spot, and it’s good for what it is. I got the spicy Oaxaca bowl, a black bean-sweet potatoes-brown rice bowl with cabbage and avocado. It wasn’t spicy, but it was decent, simple food. Fremont has so many really good vegan options nearby though that I might not visit here often.

Pretty good - Edit
- dirty Mac - pretty good 6.9/10, wasn't nearly salty enough and not quite creamy or cheesy enough either. I asked for salt tho which bumped it up to an 8 possibly.

A new spot with a wide selection of options! Great and fast service with fantastic food. Will absolutely be returning!
Read moreHad the beer cheese fondue appetizer and the bahn mi noodle bowl.
The beer cheese fondue was easily the best cheese my partner and i have ever had hands down. That item alone would warrant a 6 star rating if only i was capable. They let us take home the leftover cheese which filled me with immense joy.
The banh mi noodle bowl was a bit sour for me but id pucker at licking the peel of a orange so take from that what you will.
Service was also fantastic, you have the option of dine in or to go. Our waitress was super friendly and even the chefs were talking to us. Default water is cucumber water which is always a win for me. Will be coming back to try as many options as possible.
Pros: Beer Cheese Fondue, Wide Selection, Kind and Interactive Employees

Thoughtful menu, worth a visit - Edit
We’ve been here twice so far and were really happy with both our meals. Our daughter liked her smash burger and smoothie, and I liked my breakfast burrito so much that I ordered it again on my next visit. We also liked the breakfast sandwich and pumfu banh mi. I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of the menu, and how well the dishes achieve both healthfulness and deliciousness. It’s expensive, but so are all of the non-fast food restaurants in our area. The prices for many items were the same as they’d be elsewhere, but here it seems like they’re made with better ingredients.

A wonderful spot with full transparency from the whole team. Willing to show all ingredients and products used. The Pumfu burger and açaí bowl are fantastic with care and presentational quality. I wish they were fully organic, however I understand with the local market and availability it wouldn’t be fully possible. Will definitely eat here again!
