Serves meat, vegan options available. Menu offers multiple vegan sub sandwiches using ingredients like vegan cheese and mayo, tofu, tempeh bacon, and field roast deli slices. Open Thu-Sun 11:00am-6:00pm.
A few indoor seats at a window bar and more outside, filtered water pump, and dog-friendly. The staff are lovely, really friendly folks, honestly can't hype them enough.
The food is fine. Huge bread rolls that aren't particularly great but also not particularly terrible, absolutely average fillings, completely fine preparation.
I don't think I'll go again simply because it was a solid whatever in a city full of fantastic options.
My group got one standard (non-vegan) sandwich and one vegan one, both were equally mid.
subbing Chao was free, and they said veganizing the vegetarian sandwiches was easy (you have to swap out a dressing on a few). The vegetarian/vegan options were the same price as the standard options. They had field roast deli roasted tomato deli slices and field roast Italian crumbles in some options, as well as tofu.
I think they’re still figuring out how to use vegan cheese and deli slices, but they’re trying! The tofu sandwich is really good! The sandwiches with chao on them, I wish the chao was melted a bit.

Pros: Cheap beer, Dog-friendly, Indoor and outdoor seating
Cons: Expensive! $40 for two sandwiches + chips + tip, Uninspired flavors, mediocre ingredients

I heard a rumor they're adding a new vegan section to their menu. Is that up or did you have to omit cheese, etc?

Thanks! Yeah, that's the old "veggie" menu. Oh well, I'm not in a hurry after reading yr review.
