Nice selection of heathy food - Edit

I thought everything was very well organized and there was a wide selection, but I think they focus more on healthy and organic food then on vegan food, so the selection of plant yogurts and vegan cheese and salami wasn’t great. Most of it were brands that you can get elsewhere (Wheaty, My Love My Life).
I was able to find some other vegan items that are not stocked in other places though, they also have cleaning supplies, and a good selection of vitamins. They sell items by the dog food brand Yarrah, I got the vegan pate and my dog loved it. Prices are reasonable and similar to Kalcek.

Great store - Edit

Lots of good selections of vegan and organic food. Has some cleaning supplies and good produce as well.

Pros: Organic , Lots of vegan options

Cons: Can be expensive , No berries, Limited amount of fresh bread

Nice grocery shopping at a mall - Edit

You enter a welcoming and natural decorated store with lots of vegan food to look around for. It is right at the BTC center a bit outside of Ljubljana. The prices are mostly good, and the selection is wide. They also offer fresh vegetables and much organic foods!

Pros: suitable location, wide selection, welcoming

Cons: some things are a bit expensive

So many options! - Edit

Vitacare has lots of vegan options and is the go to place if you're a veg'n in Ljubljana. I was preparing for Thanksgiving and they had everything I need except the infamous Tofurkey. I found great seitan alternatives though.

Pros: Large veg'n/organic selection, Fresh Deli counter, Separate organic, cruelty free wellness salon

Cons: No familiar brands like Tofurkey, daiya, etc, Hard to find some products, Only one register

Organic whole food market - Edit

Very useful place with lots of good vegan, healthy and quality products. I like fresh organic fruit and veggies the most. You can find Vita Care also in Koper and Kranj.

Pros: great choice, good quality, lots of health information

Cons: sometimes too pricey
