- very expensive for portion size
- can't just order one main, need 2 each or share 3 as so small
- owner (I presume) was a little pushy on the sales front. Trying to get you to order more.
- service was odd
WHAT WE ATE:
- Mac and cheese balls - Don't recommend. Not cheesy at all. Purple inside for some reason. Trying to be too unique and different.
- Chicken burger - really good! Comes with chips so ok size portion.
- Omni pork tacos - Really nice. Fairly spicy.
SUMMARY:
Needs some of the items refining and portion sizes need to be bigger for the price. But cool ideas and nice flavours.

Favourite Vegan Restaurant in Bangkok! - Edit
There are a few good vegan restaurants in this part of Bangkok, but I find myself coming back to the Vistro again and again! Every single item I have ordered here has exceeded expectations! The portobello burger is mind blowing and the sticky date is a favourite sweet treat. I now trek here from the other side of Bangkok on a weekly basis to enjoy their incredible menu. Such a great environment, amazing food, and friendly staff! Highly recommend!

The menu is not huge but everything on it is delicious and quality ingredients are used. Vistro is in a central, easy to get to location and the setting is an oasis of calm and greenery. Amazing desserts!

The food and drink choices and the concept in general is very good. I had demplings (they were good but not outstanding, very oily), a salad that was also solide food, a Donut that wasn't really a donut but more of a cake in a donut form but very good taste, the mochi ice cream was delicious and matcha latte and juice were also very good. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place, but maybe try one of the other main dishes.

We just got back from a short trip to Bangkok, Thailand! Thailand is known as being a very vegan-friendly country. We never had any problems finding vegan food and snacks. Today we’d like to introduce Vistro, a restaurant we stumbled across while exploring the Khlong Tan area. The blackboard outside proclaimed it to be a “PLANT-BASED EATERY.” That’s all we need to know! The interior is gorgeous— huge windows, high ceilings, lots of sunshine and hanging plants. Everything is vegan! We tried the Phish Tacos and the Portobello Mushroom Steak. The tacos were amazing, with tofu that somehow tasted just like fish, and fresh toppings like guacamole and jalapeño peppers. And the steak!!! It was a mushroom, but it looked, felt, and tasted very steak-like. My initial reaction was “wow!!” They had lots of delicious-looking desserts that unfortunately we were too full to try, but we were very satisfied with our meal and the friendly staff here. Highly recommended!

I tried a donut and two of their ice cream flavors. The donut was okay, quite small and pricey, but the ice cream was super good. Very creamy and flavorful.
