While the service was good, considering its just two people, the food didn't measure up for me.
Read moreAs I entered the restaurant I was warmly greeted by a woman wearing no shoes, and then aggressively told what i should order.
She was pushing the Peking duck and the lobster as the best sellers and kept saying "try both, try both". It was so rushed and uncomfortable that my dining partner wanted rice and we some how ended up with two noodle dishes.
We ordered three appetizers which came out one at a time and with one main course in between. The crispy tofu was last to arrive as we were almost done our mains.
The spring rolls were frozen solid in the middle. The young girl was very apologetic.
What concerned me most was we had obviously touched the spring rolls to know that they were frozen. The exact same food was then thrown back into the deep fryer and returned to use almost burnt on the open ends.
The Peking duck was tasty and the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch.
I don't like writing bad reviews but for me it missed the mark in more than one way.

I wish I could give 10 stars 🌟 🤩 I will do it. Excellent food I never had in town. I got Bun Bo Hue so tasty and full topping . So yummy 😋. Highly recommend to who be vegetarian or non vegetarian. Will be back soon.

Read moreI have celiac and they were very helpful around ensuring everything was gluten-free. They showed me the bottles of all the sauces they used to verify no wheat in any of their soy-based sauces. They gave extra tofu to replace the gluten-based vege meats.

Great Vietnamese vegan food. Everything we’ve tried has been so good. And great to have this in the northern part of Toronto. The owner is so friendly and chatty. Highly recommend trying this place out.

Vicky is the owner and operator (in and out for everything). May she has magic 😃. She looks very young but has many years experience for making vegan food at buddha temple in Viet Nam. When she turned 15 years old she could make food for 100 people who extended retreatment at the temple. That was amazing for me.

It's easy to find a few places with some Vegan options but one place with this many? Very hard. The portions are healthy but you do really need to try many to get a "Favourites List" going.

This is the first restaurant I’ve been to that serves mock beef in their pho. It was great! The owner was very kind and attentive. Very fairly priced - in fact the owner mentioned not changing prices since opening in 2021, despite inflation. I’m impressed!

The most delicious vegan Vietnamese food. Vicki and Matt (the owners) are lovely and friendly people. They are ver passionate about their business. Great customer service. Vicki is very talented and cooks with a lot of love. Their spring rolls and fake lobster roll are fantastic. We love trying something new things each time we come. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and tasty food with lots of authentic Vietnamese options. They even have vegan fish sauce!! Definitely a must try! It's conveniently close to the famous Yorkdale mall so check them out when you're in the area.
