Goodbye deliveroo. There's no need to use that company that treats drivers and restaurants so poorly when vg delivered exists.
Food (Happy Fish) arrived within an hour and was lovely and hot. Plus the driver had enough time to have a friendly chat.
Currently there are 4 restaurants to choose from. Hopefully more will be added as Edinburgh has so many good vegan places to choose from but understand quality is important to begin with for a small, newly formed company. Please support them!
Love the idea of a vegan food delivery company. Four fully vegan restaurants available currently. The delivery arrived early. The poor guy had to shout out for me at my accommodation as my phone wasn't receiving calls. Appreciated the effort and felt bad for him.
This is a relatively new delivery service working with vegan restaurants (since January 2025 according to the rider I spoke to); I used it last night and it went just fine. Web site looks as if it needs a bit more work, and it's a bit less update-y than Big Corporate Food Delivery, but the essentials are there and the order and delivery went without a hitch.
It's great to have an ethical option for food delivery again: I've had conversations with a few Edinburgh vegan restaurants about the cost of doing business with the big delivery companies, and a friend worked as a rider for one of those: they're nasty to both restaurants and riders. VG D has a nice clear section on paying its riders fairly, so I wish them every success.
Currently there are only a few restaurants listed, but I can vouch for Rabbit Food and Happy Fish: both are excellent.

Pros: Ethical!, Vegan!
Cons: Only a small number of restaurants yet.
