Great food - Edit
Tried fried rice noodles 干炒叉烧河粉 and dumplings. Absolutely brilliant food. Don’t expect any service or any great environment though.

Delicious Chinese restaurant - Edit
This is a fairly small and popular restaurant, so advance booking is required.
Read moreLunchtime dim sum menu is excellent. We ordered 7 dishes between 3 of us, and it was more than enough. Our favourites were:
- Dan dan noodle soup
- green vegetable dumplings
- truffle mushroom dumplings.
Also enjoyed the rice rolls.
Have been for several dinners and had the following dishes from the a la carte menu:
- BBQ “pork” (appetiser section) - char siu style, tender, tasty and little sweet!
- Mock duck pancakes (appetiser section) - very yummy pieces of hedgehog mushroom, thin strips of raw veg, pancakes and a thick sauce which you assemble yourselves. Great starter for 3 people to share
- Monkey head mushroom in sweet and sour sauce - nice shredded texture of the mushroom
- Sichuan wok fried frozen tofu with steamed rice - spicy numbing mala taste, tofu has spongey texture and absorbs sauce well, wish this dish was a little larger though
- Long beans with minced veggie meat (in side dish section) - seriously delicious!! Excellent dish
- deep fried tofu (side dish) - popular local dish. It’s silky soft inside and battered on the outside. Delicious.
- Sichuan style dan dan noodles - perhaps could be more peanutty but nice dish
- Lohan style fried noodles - this is deep fried crispy noodles with veggies in a sauce that softens the noodles once mixed. Popular dish in HK restos but not my favourite.
Some dishes pricier than others. Very keen to go back to try the higher priced items in a group (like veggie fish fillet in Sichuan soup and fungus casserole).

MUST try their dim sum! - Edit
The dim sum (only available during lunch time) is amazing and so flavorful! Do yourself a favor and visit this place if you are in Hong Kong! It gets quite busy so you might have to queue for a little bit if you don‘t have a reservation. Also, there are no small tables so you might not get a seat if you‘re going on your own.

Great selection, all delicious - Edit
We went at dinner time so missed out on the dim sum, but we ordered (and loved) the “duck” pancakes! We also ordered a tofu dish and a noodle soup. All were really tasty and we left very satisfied. It was quite expensive, but the dishes were well sized!

Very busy place and quite tight. However staff are friendly and accomadating - Edit
Noodles and tofu were tasty and well-flavored, neither too spicy nor too mild. This restaurant serves very tasty food and is worth a visit. This is not the place for those seeking a quiet atmosphere. A small space is crammed with many tables
Read moreTo enhance the dining experience, the restaurant could consider optimizing the layout to create a more spacious and comfortable environment. Additionally, implementing some sound-absorbing materials could help reduce noise levels, making it more appealing to those who prefer a quieter setting.
Nevertheless, the food is delicious and flavoursome.

Mild, but with variety - Edit
I really struggled with this rating because I wanted to give it 3.5 stars, but felt the solid 3 would help balance the other reviews. First off, it's very difficult for a visitor (without a HK phone number) to get reservations since they don't have an online platform for reservations and they don't take walk-ins. The restaurant is on the seventh floor of an "office building," but very nice once you get up there.
Read moreAfter so many years, I was thrilled at the prospect of being able to enjoy a proper dim sum. The menu is varied and the dishes were well prepared. The only issue I had with the food was the lack of flavor. Even items labeled as "Sichuan" had no heat whatsoever! Perhaps this is typical of HK, since we struggled with this everywhere we ate, but don't label something as spicy if it isn't. The "mango pudding" was also mislabeled, as it was definitely a jelly and not a creamy pudding and the only mango flavor was the fresh mango pieces on top, but the jelly itself was tasteless.
The only other comment I have is that the service is very business forward and not friendly at all. At first, I embraced the efficiency in this, but after a while it was strange not to see a single smile, be asked if everything was okay, or told 'good-bye/thank you for coming' when leaving.
Pros: Food was mild flavor, Variety of dim sum dishes
Cons: Lack of flavor, Unfriendly and direct, No online reservations

Great dim sum options for vegan and non vegan! - Edit
I recently had the pleasure of enjoying dim sum and a variety of Chinese dishes with my family, which includes both vegan and non-vegan members. Despite not being vegan myself, I found the flavors to be exceptionally well-balanced and satisfying—even for meat lovers like me.
Read moreThe dishes weren’t overly mild or heavy; they struck a perfect harmony of seasoning and texture, showcasing the culinary finesse behind each bite. It’s rare to find a place where both vegan and non-vegan dishes shine equally, but this restaurant nailed it. Whether you're a traditional dim sum enthusiast or exploring plant-based options, there's something here to love.
Definitely worth a visit for a family meal that caters to diverse preferences!

A MUST When in HK - Edit
Absolutely one of the best meals we had in HK. Everything is vegan, prices are very reasonable, and you know it’s good when you need a reservation and when the restaurant is filled with locals. Different menus for lunch (more dim sum style) and dinner (noodles, rice, etc). We first came for dinner and loved it so much we came back another day for lunch. Loved that we got to try veganized versions of local food (siu mai, bbq “pork” buns, lotus buns, xiao long bao). This is definitely not to be missed when in Hong Kong, so make a reservation!

Wow this meal was incredible. I’m so glad I took the walk to get there from my hotel. I went for lunch bc I read how that’s when they offer the dim sum menu, and wow was it good. The place was packed so I’m lucky I even got a seat! I ended up ordering delivery a few days later bc it was that delicious. I hope I get sent to Hong Kong again for work soon bc I would love to eat here again!!

Delicious vegan Cantonese food - Edit
This place veganizes Cantonese food & the flavours are really interesting. The dandan noodles & the fried ‘goose’ were both delicious. Worth booking a table a few days in advance as it’s really popular. Note that the dim sum is only served during lunch (I’ll have to come back to try it!)
