Everything was very expensive and unfortunately we have to say boring. For these prices you would expect more.
The kapsalon (with soy) was quite ok, not more and extremly cheesy.
The Falafel was smal for it's price. So not really a meal.
Really boring and uncreative was the bowl.
We missed the love to cook and being creative.

My wife and I ate in this lovely place twice and every time the food was of high quality and the atmosphere pretty’s chilled and friendly.
Read moreWe tried the burgers with Beyond and the one with quinoa and avocado and the fries were just delicious as the burgers and not greasy at all,but light and crispy.
They also have gluten free buns!
Beautiful presentation with a heart made of ketchup on the plate.
The chef and the nice guys working there made our visits really great and so enjoyable!

Vegan Temple Bar was the first place I’ve been to that had vegan seafood substitutes, so we were very excited to try. The platter consisted of “shrimp”, “salmon” and “calamari”. It was quite uncanny how similar it tasted, definitely recommend to anyone who misses seafood.

I tried the Green Burger (falafel patty) with sweet potato fries, which were quite yummy! For desert, the vegan stroopwafel stole the show, definitely would recommend that as a local delicacy.

Read moreReally good that next to burgers (A’dam is the vegan burger capital) there are poke bowls, salads and sandwiches too. Also some ‘old school’ plant burgers and not just meat analogues.
Highly recommended!
And, of course: it’s A’dam, so it’s not cheap, but worth it.
Pros: Delicious food, Great location , Good service (go, Deon!)
Cons: Quite expensive - but then, it’s A’dam!

Staff was very kind. I got the wrong burger but they changed it when I told them. Good burgers. The ‘shrimp’ with lemon sauce is very tasty. Desserts were quite disappointing. It was also pricy for what you get.

We went to the Vegan Temple Bar for lunch and it was very quiet as we were early. Staff was very helpful and friendly and we got served our food and drinks very quickly.

Serve the usual Amsterdam beers and vegan bitterballen. I haven't tried anything that substantial but I'm told it's good. I'm a bit worn out on vegan junk food now though. Staff are nice.

Waiter was very welcoming and offered us great service during our visit. The bitterballens were amazing and enjoyed the wraps on offer. The vegan stroopwafel was tasty, it just didn’t come as close to the non-vegan versions we remember. We did find some vegan stroopwafels in a nearby supermarket which did tho so we know it is possible.

Read moreThe food is all vegan, so it's nice you do not have to worry about that, since they are pretty specialized in making things getting pretty close to what people are used to eat as non-vegan in for example a fast food.
This goes for all kinds of Burgers, Wraps, Crispy Nuggets, Calamares Ringen, till even Bitterballen and some lovely desserts.
It is an amazing experience to taste what they are capable of making being all vegan.
Now the alternatives planned based foods of something that people used to know differently, are not really my kind of thing, now I really enjoyed the experience and tasting it.
I go there to show people the possibility and also with the kids to provide them the alternative experience.
Nice place for lunch, coffee/dessert afternoon or diner, and if you are new to vegan, a most do!
