Nice place but nothing reeeally special about it - Edit
They offer some nice vegan dishes, but it didn't have anything super special. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty and efficient staff but I thought it was a bit expensive for the simplicity of the food.

Great place with variety of typical for places like this food - burgers (with beyond meat!), bowls and of course typical Dutch meal - kapsalon (we took this one). Also cocktails, drinks, alcohols and desserts with the highlight - vegan stroopwafel! Lekker! Prices are a bit high but typical for a city like Amsteram; for kapsalon I've paid 15,9, cocktail 10,50, Stroopwafel 7,50. Stuff was very kind and friendly. We didn't wait long for our meal. In general highly recommend if you want to eat something not too fancy :)

So I liked the food and the service was nice but I hated the fact that we where seated SO close to the other tables that I was almost fell on some dudes lap when I tried to squeeze through to get to my seat.. I felt like the tables besides me invaded my personal space as we almost touched elbows with each other. Not really what I like to do with strangers.
Read moreWhen we ordered it didn’t took long before the dinner was served. I liked the flavours and I didn’t feel so stuffed when we left there so that was nice.. I would eat here again but will request more space when booking my reservation.

The food was extremely tasty. Very well presented, fresh and hot. We absolutely loved the vegan battered shrimp, it tasted so realistic! Great menu with lots of options. Staff also helpful.

Read moreSettling down for our first meal after a long day of travelling, and this was probably the best choice we could have made.
I got the Truffle burger, and the whole thing was delicious (even with the onion and I'm not a big fan of onion), the chips were beautifully done and even the mayo was incredible.
It is also a really good place for vegan versions of traditional Dutch food. My partner got the bitterballen, and they were honestly amazing. We're considering going back for the kapsalon.
The staff were also great -- there was only one guy on FOH and he was friendly and efficient, even when it was busy.

On our last day in Amsterdam we tried VTB! Super excited to eat here after all the amazing reviews on happy cow. We did enjoy the food, and the portion of fries that came with it was a great size!

Lots of burger variations. Bowls. Fries in all sorts. Nacho plate. Smoothies, chai latte. Quite a lot of choices. Burgers are around € 18. Other dishes between 10 and 18. Fair prices for a place near the Leidseplein. Size of the dishes are OK. More food or lower prices and I would rate this "bar" (it is actually more of a restaurant with high and low seat tables) 5 stars. Staff was OK. The cook is fast: food came after only a few minutes! But when we visited the "bar" only 5 of around 15 tables were taken. #Veganuary

Amazing! I've tried a lot of vegan burgers in the past, and this place's Avocado Burger was one of the best ones I've had. The fries were delicious too. For dessert, we tried the stroopwafel (my first ever vegan one) and the (orange) chocolate brownie. Everything was delicious and our server was attentive and kind.

Decent service, the chicken burger seemed to be Morning Star (from the states) quality,, could’ve been better with say a homemade seitan burger. Still, it was tasty and the veggies were fresh. I am picky on fries and they were really good. Also had an esporesso martini, which was delicious. Ok, had 2 of those. 😂

We had the love ch*cken burger, the salmon bowl, loaded fries with cheese and bacon, onion rings, the party under the sea mix and a stroopwafel. All was delicious and the staff very nice. Definitely a must-go in Amsterdam!
