Server with a beautiful smile and food with gorgeous flavours, really glad I popped along here for some AMAZING rum cake, tasty mac n cheeze, really nicely cooked 'oxtail' and chikan - great place and I will have to go back soon :)

Nice Dahl - Edit
The Dahl box was nice, though there was a lot of rice compared to Dahl. The plantain was good. It felt a little expensive for what it was and the size, but the menu is good and the staff friendly.

Carribean food with flavour - Edit
This is one of my local vegan spots, food and service are always excellent. I tend not to have much of the fake meats but my friends love it. I'm so happy to see jack fruit on the menu it's tastes so GOOD.

Everything here is always so tasty fresh and has so many layers of flavour. You get so much for your money. I need to know how they make the mac and cheese!!! Best I've had anywhere.

First off I love how Vegan Flavours (formerly named Joy's Health Sanctuary) shines out in the arcade - shop front and interior is lovely. Fab menu! We loved the Vegan Oxtail and the Sweet Fried Plantain. The lasagne was just right, really flavoursome. This is by far the best Caribbean food I've had. Friendly atmosphere and great service. A gem in Catford, definitely recommend. Really good value. Lots of smoothies and cakes also if you just want to pop in for a lighter bite.
