Cute Cat Pancakes - Edit
In a day full of eating, we managed to fit in Vegan Cafe Tsukineko too. We tried the pancake set and the gyoza. It's wonderful to find a place that offers vegan versions of cute food that's otherwise so popular all over Japan. The fruit with the pancakes was a bit too cold and bland, and the staff didn't quite show the usual Japanese hospitality, but it was still a nice experience overall.

Fantastic vegan cafe! - Edit
We had a wonderful breakfast here of Vegan Gyoya and Rice pancakes with a great coffee - everything cat shaped! Lovely staff, and took some edamame out for lunch! Can’t recommend too highly!

El lugar es pequeño y acogedor. La comida riquísima, lo único que puedo marcar es que las chicas que atienden se van para atrás (la cocina) y no están presentes en el salón. Para pedir algo más hay que llamarlas varias veces porque no se asoman a ver si necesitas algo. Pero es un lugar con comida muy rica, repito. El precio es alto pero es una linda experiencia.

Best Tempura I’ve Ever Had - Edit
Had the tempura, gyozas and icecream. So good!! The tempura is by far the best I’ve ever had. Everything was cat themed which was very cute. Small but staff is very nice.

Got to enjoy cute cat shaped pancakes as a gluten free vegan in Japan which is an experience I wasn't sure I was doing to be able to have. Pancakes were delightful, good number of syrup and sorbet flavour options, fruit was fresh and tasty.

There are seven seats inside, but there weren’t many diners when I went in on a Friday at 13:00. I ordered the curry with vegetable tempura, which tasted great but wasn’t that filling even though the price point made me think it would be. At least the tempura wasn’t greasy. I’m also not sure why they’re charging ¥1,700 for a mont blanc. It feels a bit like they’re price gouging foreigners for vegan and gluten free dishes.

Small place with 6 seats, very clean and easy to find. The menu is odd, mostly snack things not really a lunch or dinner. Small portions and on the pricey end. They did have a limited ramen which my husband tried but was very bland. I had edamame and tempura veg but wasn’t big and was still hungry after. Nothing special.

Delicious gluten free pancakes - Edit
The gluten free vegan pancakes (1760¥) were delicious! Extremely fluffy and moist (not like normal gluten free/ vegan ones), nice arrangement, delicious fruit and other toppings.
