Tasty homemade organic pasta - Edit
Went here twice on my very short trip to Bologna and had both vegan pasta dishes, the cherry almond cake and a vegan filled croissant plus drinks. The pasta dishes are all organic (possibly everything in this restaurant, not 100% sure!), all the desserts are vegan and the prices are good (10-12€ per pasta dish). Portions were a bit small, but I got free bread with my dish. I would definitely come back if I'm ever in Bologna again :)

I had lunch at Uno Caffé Olistico with a friend today. The place cannot be better: the tables outside are under the typical Bolognese "portici", and the inside of the restaurant is great too.

The food was amazing, the service impeccable, and I would recommend this place to anybody, it's certainly one of the best restaurants in town!

We were delighted to stumble across this and to have so many options on the menu. The pasta we had was great. We felt under pressure by our waitress which did mean it wasn’t as relaxing as it could have been, but I noticed all the other staff seemed great. We also had an issue with our cake that wasn’t handled the best, but it was fine and I think it was a one off.

I was here only twice during my short stay in Bologna, once for breakfast and another for a quick coffee. Unfortunately I couldn't make it for lunch, but the menu looked delicious. I loved that they had savory options for breakfast and especially the 💚 vegan pistachio croissant 💚.

I went there in the evening so there wasn't any big choice for savory food anymore but the avocado toast was really good. And the ginger saddlery juice (moon anything) was sooo refreshing. I will come here again when I'm in Bologna and try more of the vegan options :)

We had a nice breakfast at this new venue and I only regret we didn't return for a lunch or dinner. Another day we passed by in the evening it was very crowded with live music! The black croissant with pistachio cream was outstanding! The staff was very nice and the place was nice and clean. We took a peek into their upcoming lunch menu for that day and out of 7 meals, 6 were vegan and three of them even gluten free. Clearly marked. Excellent!

I definitely agree with the guy who wrote the first review of this place. If there is a negative aspect, it could just be the traffic, due to the location. The food, the cakes, the teas, the juices... everything is perfect.

Service it’s over the top, really; the food was amazing, they’ve a daily menu where only one item wasn’t vegan but they offered an alternative. They have extracted juices that are also super healthy! Also good wifi and aren’t bothered about you using your laptop! So happy to have found this place
