Super tasty pizzas - Edit
They only had two vegan pizzas, but a ton of vegetarian choices, so we went with the vegan Margherita and the Calabria pizzas.
Read moreThe vegan Margherita was topped with tomato sauce and vegan mozzarella, while the Calabria had yellow datterini tomatoes sauce, bell peppers, eggplants, red onion, bomba calabrese (spicy vegetable spread from Calabria), green olives, and capers.
Both were delicious, and I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The dough is very tasty and the pomodoro sauce as well, but there are only two vegan pizzas, one margharita with very fluid mozzarella and one calabrese loaded with stuff, too much in my opinion. Bruschetta were not to my liking, made with cherry tomatoes and no garlic or oil..

Ho dato due stelle perché ci sono solo due proposte vegane. Ho preso la margherita perché mancavano ingredienti dell’altra proposta. La “mozzarella” era più una crema con poco sapore. Pizza digeribile ma molto bruciacchiata.

L’impasto napoletano mi è piaciuto, ma la mozzarella, le dimensioni un po’ sotto la media e il prezzo…. Una margherita a 11 euro per me è un po’ troppo. Penso che la mozzarella vegana che hanno usato non sia adatta a sostituire la mozzarella vera per via del fatto che ha una consistenza più da formaggio cremoso che da formaggio a pasta filata. La mozzarella è comunque buona, ma sul mercato c’è ne sono di più adatte da usare su una pizza.

Vegan Mozzarella that is...interesting - Edit
Offers a vegan margherita, so perfect for vegans looking for a pizza in Bolonga! The mozzarella is unlike any I've tried before, I regret not asking the waiters what it was made from. Taste is very very subtle and hard to pin point, the texture is best described as being similar to Marshmallow Fluff (that American stuff you get in a tub), a bit odd but I'd have it again over other vegan cheeses. Although it may not be to everyone's taste, so preceed with caution.

Best Vegan Margherita - Edit
This restaurant has the new Italian vegan mozzarella and it is on the menu. I love it. The mozzarella taste so good and I love this kind of pizza naple style. I take this pizza with a chinotto and paid 17 euro
