Food market with many vegan options

I market a discovered while downtown starving and was surprised to find it full of vendors with vegan options. There is Mexican, asian, American, and healthy food options. I got the Yuiang Eggplant Rice Bowl from bashi and it was very flavorful. Next time I plan to try food from
