No vegan options

Confirmed that:
-chips and tortillas have lard
-veg fajitas are cooked in butter
-all rice options are cooked in butter

Pros: Can ask for the veg fajitas to NOT have butter, Can ask for double order of black beans instead

Lard in chips and food

While I had always been told that fajitas and chips and guacamole were vegetarian, I knew somebody who worked here who said that in fact the chips in tortillas were made with and cooked and lard, but that they were told to lie to customers about it.

I called the Bethesda location and got lies, too. When I pushed her to check with the kitchen, all of a sudden, nothing was vegan but the vegetables in the salads. Steer clear!
