Traditional Japanese Tofu Restaurant - Edit
This is an excellent traditional Japanese restaurant on the 21st floor that specializes in tofu. They do not have a vegan menu but some dishes meet vegan requirements. Note that some tofu dishes contain dairy. They offer a set tofu menu or you can order a variety of dishes off the menu which is what we did. We also eat seafood and fish and those dishes were expertly prepared. Translation software is helpful.

Good menu, good food - Edit
Lovely seating and service with delicious and flavorful tofu dishes. You can tell they really put a lot of thought into this vegan menu. They make the tofu from liquid form at your table.
