Decent Japanese at ATL - Edit
Sit-down restaurant in terminal C, right near the intersection where the shuttle train accessed other terminals. A few vegetarian options, not specifically labeled vegan but all seemed to be. I had a seaweed salad and a veggie roll in soy wrap, both pretty good. That and a tall beer was $30, so... Service was spotty, make sure they’re aware if your time is tight.

Needed to grab a bite to eat during a layover in Atlanta and came across this place in Terminal C. Their selection isn't huge for vegans but it's decent. They designate their vegan options with a leaf which is super convenient. However they do designate them as "vegetarian" as opposed to "vegan" which I don't like. They are vegan though. I got the Edamame which was standard and their Special Veggie Roll which is surprisingly good. Servers were great but my food took forever to come out :/ Overallgood place to eat vegan in ATL, 3.7 stars
