Het hele menu is vegetarisch en er zijn veel vegan opties! Het eten is heerlijk en het personeel erg aardig. Sfeervol ingericht en smaakvolle subtiele Indiase muziek op de achtergrond, echt een aanrader!

Really delicious (and as far as I can judge authentic) Indian food. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. (Spice level options from really mild to extra spicy).

We got 3/4 different plates to share and all of them were vegan, fresh and delicious! The place is cute and the staff was nice.
Read moreThe restaurant closes at 10pm and we have to wait a while for the food (it wasn't a busy moment) We arrived at the restaurant at 8.40pm and we had just enough time to enjoy the food, but without being able to order dessert, coffee or anything else... So plan a little bit more time (than us) if you chose this restaurant!
Pros: Vegetarian menu, many vegan options , Tasty food, Nice stuff
Cons: Not the cheapest place in Alkmaar (but worth it), They close at 10 but at 9h45 we're asked to leave

Favorite Indian place!! - Edit
I love Indian food and this place is by far my favorite (outside of Asia). Everything is vegetarian and a lot of dishes are or can be made vegan. It's nice to have some faux meat in an Indian meal and not be restricted to a chana masala, lentil dal or veggie curry.

They have a very convenient vegan-friendly menu so you can directly choose the dishes which can be made vegan or are already vegan. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable about veganism. I am personally not a big fan of mock meat dishes but they incorporated them so well that it was really delicious.

We had dinner at this restaurant. Relax atmosphere and very tasty food. A lot of vegan dishes and dishes that can be veganised. Food will be made spicy on request. We liked everything we ordered, but would especially recommend the vegan tandoori kebab. Delicious!

Everything is vegetarian and there are a lot of vegan options. If you ask for a vegan sauce to come with your roti, they don't make a problem out of that either.
Read moreFriendly staff, nice place to be, tasty options, clean toilet and the food is beside delicious, also accessible for people who don't like it too spicy. They offer all dishes in mild, medium and spicy. Mild here really does mean mild if talking about the main dishes (the mild samosas were a little bit spicy). There's something for everyone. The portions look small btw, but were definitely enough (i can eat a lot) so don't think you'll need to add some sides or so.
They also offer vegan cakes.
Yes i'd highly recommend this place.
