En mi caso, tardaron un poco en traernos los platos, pero la espera valió la pena, porque disfrutamos mucho del sabor de cada uno de los platos.

I visited this restaurant during the Covid crisis, as such, I'm sorry if my opinion was affected by the logical restrictions that imposes on a small business : only one waitress (which was a great professional and very attentive) so service was slower than average (no biggie). Also the menu was tiny which is understandable for this crazy year.
Read moreThe food itself was mostly great, but had some improvement margin : the papas arrugás were delicious, specially the cilantro salsa... But the potato serving was too small and after generously dipping, half of the salsa was remaining. The braised seitán was amazing : savory, meaty, juicy, crispy, charred to perfection... And very scarce. The amazing sauce deserved some veggies, some mashed potatoes, something. 10 € is reasonable for such great seitán but they really need to up the amount or the side dishes. Lastly the lasagna was too acidic and the fresh cherry tomatoes that garnished it were rotten unfortunately. The veggie mince and tvp filling was an interesting flavor profile, but it lacked some white sauce and pasta since it was too intense and sour and crumbled easily.
I would love to come again if I come back to Bilbao but as of now, these are my thoughts yet I still think I recommend this restaurant.

When we got there, all tables were reserved, so we asked if we could sit by the bar. The bar area wasn’t nice as they had various people in drinking beer, it kind of smelled like a cheap bar. Nevertheless, we ordered the starter - shiitake mushrooms with potatoes, which was missing some seasoning, however the lasagna was really good! My husband ate the burger which was also good, however it would be better if the fries beside wouldn’t be so wet.
