There was only one guy serving - not sure if that was the usual but the food was good. We all enjoyed the sangria. The waiter spoke some English and ran through which options were vegan. I ordered the musakka (delicious) the hummus and pitta and the aubergine dish. All beautiful, especially the aubergine! Next time I'd stick to the aubergine and the musakka with pitta and 3 dishes was too much for me.

It’s a bummer Happy Cow doesn’t alllw 5 stars for vegetarian option restaurants… as vegetarians this spot was one of the best we’ve had on our Spain trip. The moussaka is different than the Greek, phenomenal. And the eggplant pate is kind of like babaganoush, Smokey and delish. And my my you’ve got to get the cheesecake. It’s like basque cheesecake but hybridized with baklava. Highly recommend for vegetarians. Some of the dishes may be vegan too but v good quality , price wasn’t incredibly pricey either. When in sagovia as vegetarians!

There aren't many vegan options but the food is delicious. I had some of the Pitta bread and hummous and the amadeus which was a mixture of falafel, onions, tomatoes and tahini and was really tasty, would definitely recommend. The view and location of the restaurant is also stunning as you overlook the aqueduct and get to see al the birds fly about.

I love this place. I've gone several times now and I tend to order the same: hummus (the best I've tried), baba ganoush (smokey and delish), falafel shawarma (my favourite dish) and baklava (you need to tell them to make a veganised batch for you if you are going since the normal ones contain honey). I really recommend it!

Un restaurante sirio/libanés con muchas opciones veganas y muchas facilidades para veganizar sus platos, nos encantó el trato , las recomendaciones, el sabor de sus platos etc, parada obligatoria para vegano, vegetarianos y demás también, todo a un precio muy razonable!!, El local es muy bonito y tiene mucho encanto y la terraza..... La mejor q te puedes encontrar , casi tocando el acueducto.

Restaurante con una terraza con vistas al acueducto. Tuvimos la suerte que habían cancelado una reserva y pudimos sentarnos en la terraza. Tienen opciones veganas disponibles y la verdad que todo está buenísimo!!! Muy recomendable.

Sitio con vistas espectaculares del acueducto (iguales o mejores que Cándido). El trato de la camarera/dueña excepcional. Se nota el cariño con que habla de sus platos. La comida también está exquisita. Ella ns hablaba de que tienen el mejor hummus del mundo y no se equivoca en absoluto. El falafel también está espectacular. Probamos además la musaka y el Amadeus (una mezcla de varios platos) que también estaban muy, muy buenos. Las raciones son abundantes. Como acompañante, traen pan de pita. Un sitio altamente recomendable y agradable en Segovia.

Good quality food. We ordered quite a range of vegetarian options which although very good it was not cheap. Nice attentive service and the staff knew some English.

Fui con mi hermana de viaje y decidimos comer en este restaurante. La verdad es que la comida estaba deliciosa y además la dueña nos dijo que podíamos haber hecho la reserva diciendo que éramos veganas (mi hermana es vegetariana) para elaborar postres veganos (para la próxima ya sabemos).
