Ive tried all their food 🙏❤ - Edit
Over the course of two weeks in Tokyo I went to T's as much as I could. The only barrier to entry is thst its inside the Ueno rail station and thus you have to spend at least 150 yen to reach it, but I did it several times and fidnt even use my ticket to go to another station.
Read moreThe ramen options are the best choices, with the black sesame being the only spicy one, its a spice level of 5/10 for me but if your sensative it could be too much. While in terms of pure nutrition and taste profile id say the yuzu ramen wins hands down.
I had the pudding with rice and that was good but the pistachio ice cream is absolutely awesome.
So, If ramen is your thing don't miss T's they are extremely professional, quick and there is often a line waiting outside to get in. Enjoy!

Pros: excellent ramen, excellent service, excellent location
Cons: fake meat shouldnt be a thing but T's does it ok., having to buy a rail ticket to get in

Had to wait 40 min in a queue on sunday evening. I cannot say the ramen was the best I had, however this place is not some ”made from scratch” type. It’s a ”quick stop in connection to your transit, but still healthy” type. And I think it works well. I’ve got golden sesame tantan with all the toppings. The stock is light but tasty, and peanut butter adds some creaminess. Toasted sesame seeds add a lot of taste as well. The cheese topping seems to be coconut oil-based cheese, grated and pressed into a ball. I’ll skip that next time.
Read moreI’ve also gotten the fried soy meat takeaway to eat at Shinkansen the next day. It was lunch time on Monday and there was no queue. The dish itself tasted great, I especially liked gyozas, they were quite zappy with a delfined ginger flavour. So don’t skip gyozas!

Great Vegan Japanese restaurant inside Tokyo station - Edit
This was a great reliable choice for my friends and I while in Tokyo. The location was easy to get to and the food was enjoyed by vegans and non vegans.

Only OK - Edit
It's great that there are vegan options so readily available in central Tokyo, however I've marked this place down for 3 reasons:
Read more1) The ramen was tasty but by far not the best we had during our trip to Japan. You could say that this is to be expected eating at a train station, however the price was no cheaper to reflect this.
2) The location is very tricky to find if your train into Tokyo comes into the other side of the station.
3) I'm not sure why, but we had to wait outside for 30 minutes to be seated, even though half the tables were empty when we entered

Lovely - Edit
I was sceptical a veganised version of an authentic dish would make it not as enjoyable but it was really delicious with perfect flavours and combinations. My meat eating bf even thought so too.

Will go again - Edit
We had dinner here after trying their restaurant at Ikebukuro Station earlier during our stay in Tokyo. Here, we went for the Golden Sesame set with Gyoza and, again, weren’t disappointed. The food was delicious and served very quickly. We will certainly eat here again, if in Tokyo.

It seems surprising to find good vegan food in a train station, but here we are. I had the massaman curry and gyoza - both great. Would love to return to try more. #Veganuary

Great but not the best (for me) - Edit
This was one of the last ramen restaurants I visited and after wanting to go there for years I was a little disappointed. It’s great ramen and I would love to have them at home but I also really liked some other restaurants.

I’m not a ramen connoisseur but I ordered the Golden Sesame ramen bowl and it was delicious. You order on an iPad in either Japanese or English, meal came out in about 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend for fellow vegans. A convenient location for travellers. #Veganuary

It’s all right but not worth the hype that it has. The noodles taste more like spaghetti noodles than ramen.

Tasty ramen spot hidden in Tokyo station - Edit
This spot was a bit hard to find in the large and crazy Tokyo station but it was definitely worth it. I visited this restaurant twice on my trip to Japan. The first time I tried the golden sesame tantanmen which was creamy and delicious. Please note that it did contain peanut butter, so if you have any allergies, let them know in advance. The second time I got the regular tantanmen, which was also really good. Both times I got their organic sodas and they were amazing. I really loved it. Definitely recommend this spot! #Veganuary
