A branch of T's Restaurant offering the signature dish being tantan ramen. Choose from several ramen dishes and side dishes. Located inside ticket gate of Tokyo station (must buy platform ticket if coming from outside station). Follow the Keiyō Line signs inside the ticketed area until reaching Keiyō street. On the right hand side next to the escalators where it says “Keiyō Line (for Maiahama). There’s a big “Certified by Vegan” banner. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-9:30pm. Last order 9pm.

Hard to Find But Worth It!

The food itself was absolutely delicious! The only downside to this place is having to follow confusing directions to find it!

Delicious!

I came here almost 10 years ago and loved it, so excited to see it still open on my most recent trip to Japan. Definitely worth getting to the train station early! Great ramen and gyoza.

Perfect but hard to find

HELP TO FIND IT:
1) get INSIDE [JR] line (yes, DO enter the gate with IC card)
2) walk toward platform 8
3) follow the Keiyō line (yes, keep walking for a while)

Hint: it's near 3 coins, yes, keep walking

Pros: Lots of flavor, Fast

Cons: Extremely hard to find

Thank you so much for your directions! My husband and son tried to find it for me a week before our shinkansen to Kyoto and left after an hour feeling incredibly frustrated. Thanks to you, I had an amazing lunch that I'd been looking forward to for quite some time. Thanks again!

Cheap and delicious (and hard to find)

It’s located next to the entrance of the Keiyo line, so follow all the signs to Keiyo line and it’ll lead you there right before the gates!! Food was AMAZING and service was fast!

Lovely Ramen

We had the golden sesame Ramen, gyozas, pistachio ice cream. Lovely flavour- quite mild. The restaurant is roomy considering it is located in the station. Wonderful fast service.

yum!

so happy to finally try this spot. i tried tantans bowl so i would be able to try multiple types of food they have here at the same time. the vegan cheese was tasty, it just tasted like a vegan shredded cheese rolled into a ball. veggie gyoza was delicious as well. the only thing i didn’t really like was the broiled soy meat, but that’s just a personal thing as i hardly ever am a fan at any restaurant! food came out so QUICK!!

Very good sesame ramen

I enjoyed the black sesame ramen and shared the rice bowl with a friend as well. Both were really really good and the ramen were very different to other ones I had before, because of the vegan cheese and different fake meats.

Thank you for being vegan but..

Maybe it’s because I’m a tourist, or maybe my taste is different, but I wasn’t particularly impressed by this place. It was also quite difficult to find, and Google Maps isn’t very helpful inside large complexes like Tokyo Station. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to the many positive reviews.

The meal was good, but as a visitor, making a special trip just to get there felt like more effort than it was worth. If you’re already passing through the area, though, the gyoza was tasty.

That said, I do appreciate having vegan options available. Finding good vegan food in Tokyo isn’t always easy, so I’m glad places like this exist and I’m sure many people will enjoy it more than I did

Delicious food, great prices

The food was incredible, delicious flavours and simple dishes. Me and my partner both had the golden sesame ramen set meal with gyozas. There was a wait to get in but was worth it, the food came very quickly and was delicious!

Amazing vegan restaurant

Everything looks yummy, it doesn't feel vegan at all and it has a lot of flavours. I'd advice trying the ramen for sure

Wonderful Ramen and Matcha Latte!

This was my last restaurant stop on my way towards Narita airport. While a little challenging to find, my husband and I were grateful to find a vegan spot at the train station and the ramen was delicious! Also, I was so happy to snag a matcha latte with oat milk, which was hard to find in Japan.

Delicious ramen

You can order on a tablet and add more toppings if you want. The golden sesame ramen and the gyoza were delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Best vegan food in Japan

Got the spicy black sesame tantanmen special. It was the best vegan food I’ve had in Japan. Super cheap too. All vegan menu and they take visa credit card. Super inconvenient to find and then access this place but totally worth the hassle to get here.

Best meal in Tokyo

Awesome all vegan menu, well worth the trouble of getting through the busy train station.

Had the black sesame tantan and a side order of gyoza. Both were excellent and would order them again although they have other options to explore for next time.

Pros: All vegan menu, Good portions and value

Cons: Busy train station and slightly difficult to find

Best ramen I’ve had in Tokyo (so far)

Proper great ramen, was a little line up but definitely worth the wait! Some of the best ramen I’ve had in Tokyo as a vegan!

No surprise it’s excellent

After a long flight stopped off here for ramen. First oat matcha in Japan was fabulous. Sesame ramen was delicious and I added the soy meat. So reasonable. We even took some takeaway for the Shinkansen. I wish I’d tried more. Opened 10am which was so great after travels.

Amazing

The menu is fully vegan and the food is so tasty. There was a bit of a queue around 30 min wait but it was worth it. A lot of variety too if you dont want ramen as there are rice dishes. I also bought an instant noodles pot that they were selling.

Plenty of options, affordable, tasty!

We loved Ts TanTan. (It is a little tricky to find, you have to tap your IC card and go into the actual station. It is by the entrance to Keiyo Line before escalators down) The food is great. They were running a springtime seasonal special of a Sakura themed ramen meal which was so cute! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Amazing

Very good food, had an incredibly tasty gyoza and soy dish with rice and vegan cheese for a very good price! And the pistachio ice cream at the end was the icing on the cake

So many options to choose from, and I wanted to try it all. The place was busy but people filtered through quickly. Speedy and friendly service. Great price.
