Impressed with their vegan knowledge

I dined at this restaurant for my anniversary after finding their menu online. We booked on OpenTable and added in the notes that I was vegan and my spouse was pescatarian. When the waitress (Michelle) greeted us they immediately acknowledged the dietary notes and explained what specials could be customized for us. She also immediately offered a dipping oil rather than butter to go with the complimentary bread. To top everything off the Beyond bolognase was the best pasta dish I have had in a long time. Michelle also acknowledged our anniversary and was able to recommend a delicious sorbet that they had for me for dessert.
