I ordered my salad according to the steps via the menu. First they gave me a plain salad with eggs and tomatoes which I didn’t order. Had to re-order (which upset them) and they forgot the topping and dressing. I paid €14 for this. Go someplace else.

I had the vegan sandwich (the only one available) , and also carrot cake.

Airport prices, if you sit you get slightly different menu and prices (usually like that in italy for the prices at least ).
Can easily have more options on the menu for sandwiches, salad etc

Something to eat at the airport - Edit
Not many vegan options but at least you can eat something vegan at the airport, including dessert. The sandwich is big, you don't leave hungry. Located in the entrance hall of the airport, on the left side of the entrance door, in front of the check-in counters 1-10.

Hot vegan food at the airport - Edit
Restaurant with vegan options located in the entrance hall of the airport, on the left side of the entrance door, in front of the check-in counters 1-10. The vegan options are the “panino vegetariano” (a grilled vegetable sandwich), pizzeta, French fries, and vegan carrot cake, all clearly labelled. There are not many options, but they are good, and I appreciate being able to eat hot food at the airport. The sandwich is filling, you don't leave hungry.

I search quite a few places at Naples airport for a vegan option. I finally found this place with have several veggie options. Options were clearly marked. I got a sandwich which was quite good. This place was located before you go through security. It’s self seated with waitress.
