Terrible experience - Edit
Firstly I’d liked to say the food is amazing. I would like to now go on and talk about how terrible they’ve decided to run this place. Firstly you can’t call them😂 so they don’t even have to take accountability for their slow service. I ordered at 2. It’s currently 2.46, and I’ve had 0 updates , no way to call them. They’re only 15 mins away. The rider arrived at 2.17. There’s no food arrived. Slow service . No way to reach them. I called the neighbouring tortilla and they told me to write a review because a lot of angry customers have been redirected there , and why is that? Because they don’t have a number to communicate with.😄it’s frustrating and inconsiderate aswell as inconvenient when you’re on a rough time schedule and this place isn’t even updating you. This deffo needs to be looked in to and if I’m coming across as a Karen then so be it , and if the foods cold , I’ll be a worse of a karen.

Going by their website they list https://www.tortilla.co.uk/restaurants/clapham-junction as the closest branch, so I wonder if this Balham cloud kitchen is no more?!
