Serves meat, vegan options available. Small Italian bistro with clearly marked vegan choices. Vegan selection includes tomato bruschetta, soup of the day, orecchiete al pomodoro pasta, spaghettini alfredo with mixed mushrooms, tagliolini alla norma, margherita pizza with vegan cheese, as well as a vegan lemon cake for dessert. Open Mon-Thu 12:00-22:30, Fri-Sat 12:00-23:00, Sun 12:00-22:30.

Confusing menu and unfriendly staff - Edit
Visited TONI on a Friday night and got seated immediately. Service started out well and they were prompt with taking drinks orders. After we sat down another table arrived and were notified about the specials (which we weren't. They weren't vegan anyway but besides the point!)
Read moreThe menu looked good from the outset but was incredibly confusing with the V and VG symbols, on some dishes V was veggie and VG vegan, others it was the reverse. There was even a dish labelled VG but contained prawns!!
In the end, I only opted for a dish which had V and VG, triple checking the allergen matrix and checking with the staff that it was vegan. The pasta itself (Orecciette Pomodoro) was delicious, and the vegan margherita pizza was good too, if a little oily.
After mains were served the service declined massively, no checkback and we had to chase the staff to pay.
Unfortunately the service ruined the experience, wouldn't hurry back!

Tasty fresh food - Edit
Bright and airy Italian in temple bar. Very popular so we booked ahead. There were a couple of vegan pasta options and a couple of pizzas could be made vegan. The bruschetta for starters was lovely and fresh and the pasta dishes were both tasty and fresh tasting. Friendly service, recommended

Great tasting vegan options - Edit
My daughter loved the vegan Alfredo and I enjoyed my pasta. Great option when the fully vegan restaurant closed early on New Year’s Eve Day we got lucky when we walked in and a reservation had canceled.

Great vegan options! - Edit
Went here for Valentine's day and was so impressed with the food. The menu isn't huge but the things they do have are so delicious. Had the Mediterranean bruschetta for starter and the vegan version of the truffle mushroom Alfredo for main. Really recommend - staff were super friendly too.

I've been here two times now. The staff are really pleasant and helpful. It's a good place to get some authentic style Italian cuisine and in a good location. Would love see a vegan menu added in the future.
