Outstanding menu!! - Edit
Tofu Vegan is so delicious - such an extensive menu, almost too much choice that it ends up being hard to decide!! The vegan duck is a particular standout. Have sometimes had mixed service (including orders being forgotten) but on the whole friendly and efficient!! Very much recommend booking, have never seen it quiet.

We went on a Tuesday night and it was quite busy, we were glad we made a reservation. It was truly delicious!!! Everything had a great flavour and was cooked perfectly. It was quite noisy inside tho.

As our orders arrived and kept piling up on the table, as we shared drinks and passed around the food that was disappearing as fast as it got there, between an amazing mushroom and a hot soup dumpling, I had a moment. Time slowed for a second and I saw six people turning into pigs and, like in spirited away, nothing would keep any of us from engulfing the beautifully prepared meals. I apologize for the waitresses and waiters who only tried to take away empty plates, they couldn’t have known we were planning on using every drop of sauce in our rice. Perfect place if you’re craving some tofu. Wontons were unlike anything I’ve ever had so yum and the silken tofu had really hit the spot!

sooo good, I was craving sichuan cuisine and this gave me what I yearned for! The homemade silken tofu was incredible and I really liked the wanton as well, the noodles were also well done though next time I would choose a more interesting dish instead. Wish I had enough time and money to try my way through the entire menu. The staff was kind, our tap water was refilled without us having to ask. Very crowded though despite it being a weekday, without booking we had to wait a while to be seated — worth it though!

Absolute gem and immediately became one of our favorites in London. Everything we ordered was perfect, including dessert, just delicious, hearty, traditional Chinese dishes to share. Definitely will be coming back!

Absolutely adore this restaurant. I have been to all their restaurants over the years (they have a number of restaurants around London) and even have their tote bag. Such delicious food and lovely staff. Also a great place to take non-vegan friends and family.

This was our first time at any of the numerous Tofu Vegan branches. I'll definitely be back! The menu was really extensive and tempting. We shared two starters and two mains.
Read moreThe wontons in a spicy sauce were delicious! The filling felt quite substantial and meaty and the sauce packed a good punch. I was worried it would be too spicy for me, but it was just a nice kick.
The salt and pepper mushrooms were really well-seasoned. The mushrooms had a nice bouncy texture and the batter was crispy.
The sizzling king mushroom in black pepper sauce had a really peppery sauce, building to a nice heat. The mushrooms were accompanied by tender onions and thinly sliced mushroom. Everything retained its bite.
The gong bao tofu came in a sticky sauce, which was slightly sweet and fruity but also had a bit of chilli heat, plus lots of ginger and peanuts. The tofu had a nice soft, spongy texture.
As much as I enjoyed these dishes, I'll probably go for something completely different next time because there were so many interesting looking options.

We liked the food, but the space seems to triple the noise of people chatting at peak times. We literally couldn't hear each other across a tiny table and gave up trying. We ate as fast as we could and left, hoping not to return again on a weekend.

I've been dreaming of eating at Tofu Vegan again after my visit to London like four years ago, when they had only one location. It didn't disappoint, of course. The best vegan Chinese food ever. It's so cool to have so many options, intense flavors, different levels of spicy. It's just yummy!

This restaurant has tasty tofu dishes. I enjoyed the fried tofu with black bean sauce and the lotus buns. The plum juice was also good: refreshing and not too sweet.

Where to start! It was soooooo amazing. We got so much food including wonton soup, salt and pepper chicken, duck pancakes, cumin lamb, peanut chicken. It was all just incredible. And there was so much more we wanted to try. Cute, calm atmosphere and friendly, quick service. 10000% will go back.
