Amazing - Edit
Amazing food and very friendly staff. The food came immediately and was delicious. We ordered multiple dishes to share which was the best choice as they are all so different.

Enjoyable Asian Cuisine - Edit
The food here overall was good, but not excellent. The portions sizes were modest and, the overall quality probably means it leans on the more expensive side. In general a nice venue with friendly staff, and fairly pleasant, straightforward Asian food - we would not say they are purely authentic, but it was fairly proximal to this, and given the European context, pretty solid relatively speaking.

Gluten Free friendly.
Pros: Wonton Soup, Salt & Pepper Tofu, Gluten Free Friendly
Cons: Slightly expensive

This restaurant is outstanding. The menu is extensive, the food is excellent and the staff are very helpful if you have trouble decided which dishes to select.

Just ok - Edit
All the food we had was nice, but the flavours were not very interesting. Overall the food was pretty basic for the price you pay, except for the wonton starters which were very good. There are also no vegetable dishes on the menu (apart from one mushroom dish) which is surprising for a vegan venu, so as a result the food is quite heavy. Though if “beige” is your vibe then this place is for you!

Yum - Edit
Overwhelmed by choice! The waiter was really helpful helping us choose 2 things that would go together well, to share. One dish quite spicy indeed! Would come again to try more.

Expensive but worth it! - Edit
Great food! We tried the wontons in special sauce, smacked cucumbers, sliced “fish” in chili oil, and sizzling king oyster mushrooms — the latter being our absolute favorite. For dessert, we had sesame rolls and green tea.
Read moreEven though this is the most expensive restaurant I’ve been to in England, it was worth the price. The flavors were a little milder than I prefer, but perhaps that’s just how food in Britain is meant to be?
The staff was friendly, too. The only downside is that it was super loud — so loud it was hard to have a conversation — but to be fair, we were there during the dinner rush.

Lots of options and the food tasted nice but no wow factor. Wasn’t impressed enough with any of the dishes to want to return. Just ok

Simply outstanding - Edit
I took four sceptical meat eaters with me hoping to show them that despite the name of this restaurant: there's more to vegan food than tofu! 😆

As the sole vegan in our party my review is that this place is a cut above the rest. It really was delicious. 🥰
The meat eaters' feedback was. "Ok, this is annoyingly good food!" And "this is the best eggplant I've ever had".
We ordered extra rounds of food because we simply had to have more. 6/5: well done.
Pros: Delicious food, Great prices
Cons: The wine was expensive

Some of the best food I've eaten - Edit
All the food we tried was incredible, amazing range of flavours, delicious tofu, bao buns and 'duck'. Server's were super friendly and quick. Nice atmosphere, place was heaving but could still hear and chat.. Can't recommend them enough, will definitely be coming back!

Just a little pricey - Edit
Ordered Sweet and Sour with rice as a takeaway option one evening. The food was great, would taste even better eaten inside the restaurant I’m sure. But it’s just so expensive.

I found it so hard to choose! Everything looked great here. I ended up having the soupy dumplings and the black bean braised tofu and I loved it all. Would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu

More Than Tofu - Edit
Visited as part of a 'vegan crawl' after dining at closing Unity Diner, for the first and last time, then Daun's opposite. We really enjoyed our meal; shocking memory for what we had, I'll try to find the receipt/add photos!

I’ve been wanting to try Tofu Vegan for ages, and my friends have been singing its praises for so long – and I can definitely see why! The food exceeded all expectations. Every dish was packed with flavor and prepared to perfection. It was well worth the wait, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!
Pros: The athmosphere, Lovely and helpful staff , THE FOOD?!

Delicious Chinese restaurant - Edit
I am not used to seeing a menu so full of varied vegan dishes but it has set a new standard! Everything we tried was delicious, especially the kimchi stew. There is so much to go back for. All the tastes had depths, ingredients were fresh and the dishes were very satisfying. The dessert menu looked great but I was too full! Next time...
