Only one vegan option (tho they call it "vegetariano").
Read moreWhile it is not entirely bad, it could be better. It's more of a rosti than a vegan patty and in a sandwich it can be a bit too mushy with the tomato as well at times. The fries that you can order with it are better and definitely worth it all on their own.
Fast attention and conveniently located, quick to grab in transit in or out of the station, but it does get busy.

Fine for a train station vegan option - Edit
I needed something to take with me for a long day of travel, and was glad to find this vegan toasted sandwich in the train station. Generous portion, and I liked the patty more than other reviews. Good enough, and kept me going for the trip.

Asked Servers & they confirmed that the potato-based patty in the “vegetariano” sandwich is vegan & doesn’t use egg or milk as a binder.

Decent quick snack - Edit
There was some confusion about which toasted sandwiches were vegan - turns out there are two: a vegetable one (if the mayonnaise is removed) and a veggie burger one (which the server claimed had milk in the bread but I'm pretty sure this isn't true, someone with better Italian skills than me will have to confirm). They were both good, I think I preferred the mixed vegetable one.

The sandwich vegetariano is not great but ok for a quick snack to go. In fact it's even bigger than I thought (hence the price...). I've had worse train station snacks.

I had some time to kill in Napoli Centrale so grabbing food was always a good option. They only have one vegan option on the menu, although I believe you could customise your own to add some variety. The vegan option is a potato and vegetable burger(? questioning as I would call it more of a rosti), lettuce, tomato and ketchup. The portion sizes are generous.

There’s one vegan option in the menu (previously named Vegano now Vegetariano.. but checked and all okay). Toast with a veggie burger (the ones made from peas, sweet corn and carrot) with lettuce, tomato and ketchup. It was okay and filled me up.

They have one vegan option which is filling and tasteful enough. Would've improved loads if they had added a vegan cheese in my opinion. Considering there's not much else at the station and it's well priced, I'd recommend it.

one vegan option, but was a delicious godsend on a "layover" in the Napoli Centrale train station - Edit
The vegano toast (we had with tea and side of cut fruit, had the option for salad or fries) was a very large, very filling, very delicious meal on our lunchtime layover in the Naples train station. It's the only vegan thing we could find in the station and it hit the spot. The sandwiches are large and toasted well. You could make one sandwich work for two people if you're only moderately hungry. The fruit was also somehow so perfectly ripe. I've never expected to have a fast-food fruit cup that made me want more.
