I go here any time I am in Bonn. The handmade noodles are very tasty. Their "scharf" is not at all spicy imo so don't be afraid of that.

Popular for a reason - Edit
Small Tibetan restaurant along the Poppelsdorfer Allee. Food is really good and the price relatively cheap. Dishes are not marked vegan, so you have to check with the staff for vegan options. It's kind of situation where you have to take it with a grain of salt, since you're putting your faith in them on this. Still, this place is clearly popular with the locals for a reason. The Tsetak (Nr. 40) is my favourite : )
